Where will the Holiday Mini Sessions take place?
All sessions will be held at the Designs By JK Photography studio:
4109 Stuart Andrew Blvd, Suite F, Charlotte, NC 28217

When are Holiday Mini Sessions available?
Holiday sessions are available October 25th through December 22nd. Available dates and times can be viewed directly through the online booking calendar.

How much is a Holiday Mini Session?
The base Holiday Mini Session is $250 + tax ($270.63 total).

How long is the session?
Your Holiday Mini includes a 30-minute studio session. Please arrive dressed and completely ready to photograph so we can make the most of your scheduled time.

Can we wear more than one outfit?
Yes! If you’d like to photograph a second outfit, additional session time can be added when booking. A standard 30-minute session is designed primarily for one outfit.

What holiday backgrounds are available?
You’ll have two holiday sets to choose from:
24K Gold — an elegant gold, cream, and evergreen holiday setting.
Luxe Burgundy — a rich burgundy, cream, and gold holiday setting.
Both sets will closely resemble the holiday scenes shown in the promotional photos.

Can we take photos on both holiday sets?
Yes. If you’d like to use both backgrounds, I recommend adding additional time to your session so we have enough time for posing and transitioning between sets.

How many people can be photographed?
The standard Holiday Mini Session accommodates up to 6 people. For larger groups, please contact Designs By JK Photography before booking so appropriate session time can be arranged.

What should we wear?
Coordinated outfits photograph beautifully without everyone wearing exactly the same thing. Cream, ivory, champagne, gold, black, chocolate brown, deep green, and burgundy are excellent choices depending on your selected set. An outfit inspiration guide is available to help you coordinate your family.

Should we arrive already dressed?
Yes. Please arrive fully dressed, groomed, and camera-ready. Your appointment time is your photography start time, and preparation or changing time will reduce the amount of time available for photographs.

What happens if we’re late?
Sessions are scheduled back-to-back during the holiday season, so arriving on time is very important. Your session cannot be extended due to late arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, subject to remaining holiday availability.

How quickly will we receive our photos?
Your online gallery will be delivered within approximately 48 hours after your session.

What is included with the $250 session?
Your Holiday Mini includes a 30-minute studio session, up to 6 people, unlimited images in your online gallery, and 6 fully retouched images.

Can I purchase additional retouched images?
Yes. Additional professionally retouched images will be available for purchase after your session.

Are prints and albums available?
Yes. Professional prints, wall art, and albums can be purchased separately.

Can we bring props?
The holiday sets are already professionally styled and designed to photograph as a complete scene. If you’d like to bring a small personal item or meaningful prop, please contact me beforehand to make sure it complements the set.

Can we bring pets?
Please contact Designs By JK Photography before booking or bringing a pet so we can confirm whether your pet can be accommodated during your scheduled session.

Where can I book?
Holiday Mini Sessions can be reserved at DesignsByJK.com. Because holiday appointments are limited, booking early is recommended.

Please arrive on time, fully dressed, and ready to photograph. Holiday sessions run on a tight schedule, and arriving prepared allows us to spend your full session creating the best possible images for your family.
